The POC (this week, 3–4 days)

Goal: prove one mini-PC-class box runs 10+ personal bots at ₹250/month with a phone-number login and Telegram chat — with measured economics — and demo it to Sriram and Rohan.

Waiting on: Telegram bot token · Gmail app password (for the inbox bot) · optional ~$5 OpenRouter top-up (paid DeepSeek ≈ ₹66/bot/month; free tier works but is flaky) · the spare laptop to come online (cnsku-18@10.10.10.23 is not reachable yet — see the laptop guide).

After the POC (weeks)

  1. Move the stack onto the spare laptop — always-on host, same compose stack; the relay VPS stays a dumb TLS pipe; wildcard <number>.aquila.exaflair.com goes live.
  2. WhatsApp — official, notification-only — structured daily-briefing templates via the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta bans open-ended AI assistants on it since Jan 2026; see D004).
  3. Billing & metering real — per-bot ₹ budgets already tracked by the gateway; wire UPI (Razorpay) + GST invoicing on top.
  4. Rohan's platform absorbs it — the K8s mapping is already written (notes): bot per Deployment, routine per CronJob, Garage S3 for bot files, portal handles tenancy.
  5. Then scale the farms — more mini PCs per city, host payouts, the second and third persona packs from the killer-apps catalog.

The one number that decides everything

Measured ₹/bot/month at 30 messages/day + 1 routine/day — target ≤₹80 inference + infra at 15 bots/node, against a ₹250 price. Day 3 fills in Economics.
